Description

A creamy and comforting one-pan meal combining tender chicken with buttered noodles in a rich, garlicky sauce. Perfect for busy nights!


Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 3 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 cups chicken broth
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 8 oz egg noodles
– 3 tbsp butter
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Season and sear the chicken in olive oil until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet.
2. Sauté garlic in the same skillet until fragrant, then stir in chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add egg noodles, cover, and cook until tender. Stir occasionally.
4. Mix in butter and Parmesan cheese, then return the chicken to the skillet to heat through.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
