Description
Soothing and immune-boosting tea bombs made with honey, ginger, lemon, turmeric, cinnamon, and green tea. Perfect for relieving cold or flu symptoms
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp echinacea powder (optional)
- 1 tbsp green tea leaves (or 1–2 green tea bags)
Instructions
- Prepare the Mixture:
- Combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and echinacea powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the Molds:
- Use a small spoon to fill silicone molds with about 1 teaspoon of the mixture.
- Sprinkle green tea leaves (or loose tea from tea bags) over each filled mold and press evenly.
- Freeze the Tea Bombs:
- Place the silicone mold in the freezer for 1–2 hours, until completely solid.
- Store the Tea Bombs:
- Pop the frozen tea bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
- Make the Tea:
- Place a tea bomb in a mug, pour 1 cup of hot water over it, and stir until dissolved. Sip and enjoy!
Notes
- Optional echinacea powder can be added for additional immune support.
- Use small, round silicone molds for the best shape.
- Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
