Description

Soothing and immune-boosting tea bombs made with honey, ginger, lemon, turmeric, cinnamon, and green tea. Perfect for relieving cold or flu symptoms


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp echinacea powder (optional)
  • 1 tbsp green tea leaves (or 12 green tea bags)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Mixture:
    • Combine honey, lemon juice, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and echinacea powder in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
  • Fill the Molds:
    • Use a small spoon to fill silicone molds with about 1 teaspoon of the mixture.
    • Sprinkle green tea leaves (or loose tea from tea bags) over each filled mold and press evenly.
  • Freeze the Tea Bombs:
    • Place the silicone mold in the freezer for 1–2 hours, until completely solid.
  • Store the Tea Bombs:
    • Pop the frozen tea bombs out of the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
  • Make the Tea:
    • Place a tea bomb in a mug, pour 1 cup of hot water over it, and stir until dissolved. Sip and enjoy!

Notes

  • Optional echinacea powder can be added for additional immune support.
  • Use small, round silicone molds for the best shape.
  • Store in the freezer for up to 1 month.
