Description

Ingredients

– 12 oz penne pasta
– 2 chicken breasts, cubed
– 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 4 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– ½ cup chicken broth
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Boil pasta until al dente.
2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, sauté until golden.
3. Make sauce with cream cheese, heavy cream, chicken broth, and spices.
